You will notice that this Annual Report looks somewhat different than previous years. The current state of the economy has prompted us to revise our spending policy both for our distributions and for our operating expenses. We have therefore dispensed with the usual four-colour narrative and our Report consists of our financial statements and funds listings. We trust that you will find the information that is of interest to you and that you are staying apprised of our ongoing news and activities through our website and various publicity materials. Please do read the Message from the President and CEO on the inside cover. 

The Foundation continues to work hard to build an endowment that will forever ensure the financial security and viability of Winnipeg’s Jewish community. 2009 is proving to be a great year and we look forward to sharing our good news with you.
