Celebrating 50 Years: Donate to the Nomads Alumni Fund

The North Winnipeg Nomads Football Club was established in 1969. 2019 marks the club's 50th anniversary of serving the North Winnipeg community. To celebrate this milestone, the Nomads Alumni have established the Nomads Alumni Fund housed at the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba.

The purpose of this fund will be to provide ongoing financial support to a graduating player or players who wish to pursue a post-secondary education, either at a university, college, or trades program.

The Nomads Alumni are committed to promoting and preserving the rich tradition of the North Winnipeg Nomads Club. They are focused on a coordinated effort to keep connected the people who embody the spirit of Nomads football.

PLEASE NOTE - until this fund listing reaches a contributed capital of $10,000, its yearly distribution allocation will not be specifically allocated to the Nomads Alumni scholarships. Instead, its annual distribution allocation will be committed to the grants pool and the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba will have full discretion of its distribution.
