Tribute Cards


Donations via JFM Tribute Cards are an excellent way to honour or memorialize a friend or relative, to commemorate a special occasion, or to acknowledge a life-cycle event. For a minimum contribution of $18, the Foundation will send out a beautiful personalized tribute card that acknowledges your tribute. These contributions are added to the fund of your choice, giving you the opportunity to help individual funds grow and thus increasing the amount available for distribution to the community. Charitable receipts are issued for all donations and will be sent after December 31.
